01. Tell us about your career to date with Marlin Hawk.

It has been a great four year journey with Marlin Hawk so far. I started out in an Executive Assistant role, where I was helping two Client Partners and research teams in Singapore and Hong Kong. From there, I transitioned into an Office Manager role, where I am involved in working on different projects and learning the business models on a deeper level.

02. What attracted you to Marlin Hawk? And how have we delivered on expectations?

I had heard about the great reputation of Marlin Hawk in the market. We are committed to empower employees, we believe in what they can do and can provide 100% support. All of these commitments to the development of our people makes me more engaged with my job. During my time at Marlin Hawk, I have always been encouraged to grow and learn by listening and setting goals at different stages.

03. What has been your greatest achievement so far?

During the last 4 years, it has been impressive to see how much we have grown now with two offices in two countries and a team of five people covering the Asia region. Despite our small size, we have gained a great reputation across the industry. We continue to be innovative in how we make things better, such as creating a document storage system in the cloud with the team across the globe, and ensuring a smooth transition to a new CRM system. All of these little achievements acknowledge the significant amount of time and hard work that are essential to the growth of this brand. I am extremely proud to be part of this amazing team!

04. What or who has helped you along the way?

I think my dream team has contributed a large part in shaping who I am today. I appreciate the open communication at all levels of the company. I am provided with the necessary tools, resources and information that are essential to do my job well. I am not afraid to ask questions because I can always rely on getting constructive feedback from my colleagues.

05. How would you describe the culture at Marlin Hawk?

I truly enjoy working at Marlin Hawk as it is one of those companies that really fosters a caring working environment and extends flexible work schedules that suit our needs. The leadership and management teams really listens to us; they put in a lot of effort to create an enjoyable workplace for all of us. The company builds trust with its employees, making us excel and deliver more than expected.
