01. Tell us about your career to date with Marlin Hawk.

I joined Marlin Hawk as a member the Financial Services practice, previously serving as an Analyst with a boutique search firm focused on Global Banking & Private Equity. I began my role here in April of 2017, and immediately started working on an array of searches. Over the years, I’ve grown through to organization to become a Principal, managing many of our top client relationships and engagements for Technology, Digital, Data & Security Officer searches. The opportunity here to be a connector, matching organizations with the next generation of talent, is an evergreen privilege and challenge.

02. What attracted you to Marlin Hawk? And what makes you stay?

At the time, I was considering a change in organizations and had three important categories I was looking for in a firm: a global boutique with exposure to international businesses and cultures; a reputation for working with top-tier clients; and, the opportunity to be mentored and challenged by extremely bright leaders. Marlin Hawk checked all the boxes, and I haven't looked back since.

03. What has been your greatest achievement so far?

I’m extremely proud of the culture we’ve built here. The combination of intellectual curiosity, the passion for client work as well as the entrepreneurial spirit here is truly special and hard to find elsewhere.

04. Who has helped you along the way?

Too many people to count! So many folks gave me early “at-bats” when I was first getting started. Getting to work with the best and brightest has pushed me to refine my own abilities and accelerate my career path.

05. Which of the Marlin Hawk values resonates the most and why?

The Marlin Hawk value that resonates most deeply is collaboration, both with our team here as well as our clients. The ability to build trusting, transparent relationships built on mutual respect is the foundation of the executive search business.
