As Senior Associate you will lead and motivate the delivery team to meet the needs and objectives of the client, team and company, helping to resolve obstacles to close candidates. You will be responsible for accurately taking a client brief and translating it into a research plan with a clear program of actions and timescales. You will select and prescreen candidates independently and deputize for Consultants and Partners on client catch up calls when required. You will begin to build your own relationships with client contacts, becoming a trusted advisor to your network of candidate and client contacts. You will produce pitch documentation and client update reports and attend pitches and new client meetings, supporting the Consultants and Client Partners where necessary. You will have the knowledge and experience to attend shortlist meetings, contributing to discussion by presenting research and findings. Your experience will enable you to leverage commercial intelligence and use it to add value in the context of client and candidate engagements.
As Consultant you will competently execute the end-to-end search process and support others in the team. You will competently carry out all elements of delivery to include creating search strategy, carrying out candidate research and approach and pre-screen candidates. You will have the ability to produce accurate and insightful pitch documentation, update reports and shortlist reports and take a proactive role in the end-to-end candidate process. You will contribute to negotiations and independently interview candidates with confidence. You will be able to join a Partner in client facing situations and, in some cases, own client relationships independently. You will contribute to supporting your team’s wider delivery activities, providing guidance and assistance as required. With several years of experience you are a trusted advisor to your network of candidate and client contacts and are abler to originate and act upon market intelligence to build new team knowledge.
