Peacock-Edwards joined the firm’s New York office as associate partner in 2014, having formerly headed the commerce & industry practice in the UK.
Peacock-Edwards works with customer-centric Fortune 50 businesses across a range of sectors including retail, FMCG, TMT, financial services and consumer products & services. Her expertise covers most C-suite functions, including general management, marketing, commercial, strategy, HR, insights & data, finance, digital & e-commerce, supply chain & logistics, technology, legal, operations and shared services.
She specialises in search for business transformation and turnaround scenarios and delivers a 'best athlete' candidate approach, looking beyond the usual suspects to identify and secure the strongest potential talent. In addition to executive search, she provides strategic talent advisory services, specifically market intelligence, benchmarking, organisational design, mapping and pipelining.

Peacock-Edwards has an international executive search background spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa as well as The Americas. In her early career she worked for marketing & advertising agencies on global brands such as Microsoft, General Motors, Kimberly Clark and Virgin. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in the UK.
