Marlin Hawk Appoints John-Claude Hesketh As Partner

Leadership advisory firm Marlin Hawk has promoted John-Claude Hesketh to the position of partner, responsible for the financial services & insurance practice across the UK, Europe and Asia. Hesketh joined the firm in 2012 as a consultant and was appointed associate partner in 2014.

Hesketh’s FS practice delivers senior level mandates across technology, operations, risk, finance, digital, customer experience and senior executive leadership (CEO, business and product head).  It also runs bespoke partnership programmes, incorporating talent management services such as research, organisational design, benchmarking, mapping and pipelining. Clients span a range of markets from retail banking, credit cards, mobile payments and insurance to investment banking, asset management, hedge funds and fintech.
