Leadership advisory firm Marlin Hawk has appointed Alex Ford to co-head its Wholesale Financial Services practice. Alex will focus on leadership advisory and executive search services in operations, compliance, risk and technology, working closely with co-head Colin Baker who joined the firm in 2010.
Alex has over 18 years’ experience in executive search within the financial sector. Her most recent role was Head of Talent Management with a boutique management consultancy, prior to which she held senior roles in search firms including Taybridge Associates and Trafalgar Partnership. She started her career in recruitment, during which time she helped set up and subsequently ran Morgan McKinley’s US office.
