What defines us

People – Marlin Hawk was started because we believed the search and selection industry was fundamentally flawed. We set up with a mission to break the mould and have only hired people that share the same vision as the founders.

When creating our team, we applied the same approach to hiring our own people as we do for our clients. Our people are ambitious, creative, entrepreneurial and dedicated to succeeding. We don’t hire ordinary consultants. When we look for new employees, we’re always looking for Marlin Hawk’s future leaders.

Processes - We've ditched a lot of the traditional search and selection methods and designed new techniques and tools from end to end. They help us define and challenge briefs, validate the feasibility of the role and bring new talent pools onto the search radar.  

Our unique ‘Balance Sheet’ was created to improve the process of hiring senior executives in every way. This scientific approach to candidate selection makes the process more accurate, faster, more efficient and more likely to be successful.
