Description:

As Head of Infrastructure Projects , you will be responsible for:

-          Taking Responsibility for all infrastructure projects for the IT function

-          To have ownership of financial planning and budgeting across infrastructure projects

-          To take ownership of the infrastructure element of a technology wide programme of work and allocate resources as appropriate

-          To build relationships with internal and external stakeholders- an ability to forge strong partnerships.

-          To ensure that infrastructure strategy and project delivery are aligned with the commercial objectives of the business and group technology.

 

Necessary skills and background:

-          Exceptional track record of providing mission-critical service delivery capability in a large, blue-chip environment, providing real-time service.

-          Evidence of introducing clear programme management methodologies to large scale infrastructure and service delivery projects and programmes.

-          Ability to deliver cost effective solutions in demanding timeframes.

-          Track record of turning around an under-achieving team to create a professional and high performing unit.

-          Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders in a demanding environment
