Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the E-Commerce Site. You will be responsible for converting and monetising visitors to the site, whilst driving functionally strategy for future developments.

In the role you will:

• Oversee day to day site experience, manage production, content and site analytic divisions.
• Ensure site is performing well and as expected from a business/commercial point of view.
• Identify opportunities, improvements, customer trend changes and react accordingly.
• Set short and long term strategy for the site ensuring a clear road map for e-commerce in an ever changing landscape.
• Manage relations internally to include with Technology, Marketing, Supply and Merchandising, as well as external relations.

You will currently be running a successful growth e-commerce business and likely to have full PnL responsibility. You will be commercial, operational and strategic in equal thirds with unbridled ambition and a desire and ability to make a big commercial impact on this important and high profile channel to market.
