This is a business led multi-million £ programme spanning the next few years supported extensively by a group wide technology implementation, and will include a reworking of the online financial services offering, making experience here a distinct advantage.

To support this transformation we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to:

  • To lead a team of Business Analysts to, describe the business requirements of each release of E-Commerce, articulate the functional and non functional requirements, describe the customer experience, usability and brand requirements, describe the business changes, requirements, and assess the impact of the solution on customers and the organisation
  • The work will operate within the LBG change management lifecycle and project delivery lifecycle and will produce deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, process definitions, business rules, user journeys etc
  • The holder will be required to build and manage teams of internal and external resources including consultants, contractors and off-shore suppliers
  • The role requires the development of strong relationships and understanding with key Digital Channel and Product stakeholders

The successful individual MUST have the following experience:

  • Expert in Business Analysis Techniques - Techniques which help in modeling and understanding a business and its operation
  • Proven track record of articulating business requirements and translating them into a sensible IS strategy
  • Experience leading teams of business analysts in fast paced environments of constant change, preferably in E-Commerce/Financial Services
  • Experience working as part of business critical projects and programmes
  • Demonstrates a pro-active approach leading the business and pushing back where necessary
  • A depth of experience in business analysis, building strategic analysis plans, leading director level workshops etc
