Description:
  • Understand the business needs of the Retail Bank and lead the thinking of that division in the way that those needs should be satisfied by IT. Define and communicate an IT architecture which meets the needs of the Retail and which is aligned to the architecture and standards of the group.
  • Guide business investment in IT so that it follows the strategy and delivers the target architecture. Advise the divisional IT Director, the Heads of IT and their teams on the architecture which should be delivered by projects and programmes.
  • Deliver solution designs in accordance with commitments to projects and programmes, and which can be successfully built and operated by AD&M and Service Delivery.
  • Contribute to managing and maintaining vendor relationships, evaluating usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.
