To take full responsibility for the successful delivery of all ERP Projects and Programmes globally to time & budget ensuring they meet the relevant business objectives.

• Responsible for successful delivery of the portfolio of circa 150 ERP projects undertaken across various business functions on an annual basis to time, quality and budget
• Provide overall direction, leadership and decision making to the ERP programme delivery organisation and effective management of all resource/staff aligned to the group
• Ensure all projects/programmes are delivered in adherence to and are compliant with internal methodologies and standards & that technical solutions fit into architectural roadmaps and blueprints
• Successfully manage interdependencies between various projects/programmes while ensuring successful delivery through effective co-ordination of project/programme work streams
