As probably one of the most ambitious and determined privately owned executive search firms we began by addressing the two most common complaints about our industry (fee structure and services).
We feel it's vitally important to keep fee structures flexible in order to allow a valuable partnership to form. Secondly, we believe that the service offered by a Search and Selection company should not just depend on the hit-and-miss chance of getting the right consultant.
We have tackled these issues by creating a set of contemporary fee structures that allow the partnership to grow based on a risk/reward model, and by applying the same approach to hiring our own people as we do for our clients.

We hold strong views about how the search industry needs to change and we're not afraid to let them be known.
Experience has convinced us that there's an urgent need for a completely new approach to headhunting and executive search. We call it 'Succession-based Search.' We anticipate future needs, rather than react to events in the past. We've developed new fee models to encourage long-term partnerships. We never make sound-bite promises that can't be delivered. And we never accept second best, either for our clients or our candidates.
